Psychotherapy is for anyone interested in self-discovery, and is willing to engage in a mutually interactive dialogue that can lead to profound change.
I work with women, men, and non-binary folks from all different backgrounds, I have significant experience working with those who struggle with understanding themselves and how they show up in relationships, whether with family or friends, romantic partners, professional connections, or with themselves.
